We were approached by Mrs Green who wanted to modernise both the flat roof and pitched roof on this bungalow located in Bolsover in Derbyshire. The original roofs were tired, leaking, and needed upgrading.

The work to replace the flat roof was straightforward. However, when we stripped the tiles, batons, and felt on the pitched roof, we discovered 2 roof trusses were completely rotten and saturated. So we removed and replaced those too.

The results have completely changed the visual appeal of the property, and also given Mrs Green peace of mind that their home is watertight and safe for many years ahead.
