Full roof replacement for Bradford house

In Bradford, we recently completed a comprehensive roofing project, providing our client with a brand-new roof that ensures both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The project began with the removal of old, weathered, and porous slate, as well as deteriorated lead flashings. To ensure solid foundations, we replaced rotten battens and outdated felt.

To fortify the roof against the challenges of weather, we incorporated important upgrades. These included the installation of a new breathable membrane, treated battens, and modern grey Calderdale tiles. These improvements not only contribute to the roof’s longevity but also enhance its resistance to the elements. Additionally, we reinstated all-new lead flashings, ensuring a water-tight seal that not only safeguards against potential leaks but also revitalises the roof’s overall appearance.
