Lincoln house full roof replacement

Detached house re-roofing project completed in Lincoln. The work involved a complete strip and replacement of existing roof, facias, soffits and guttering.

We carried out the full installation of a new breathable roofing membrane along with treated wooden lats, before fitting roof tiles and ridge tiles on a dry ridge breathable system.

Lastly, we applied new led flashings around the chimney followed by installation of facias, soffits and guttering to complete the project.
