New build of rear dormer loft extension

Top Roof carried out the complete build of a new rear dormer loft extension to make a spacious double bedroom for a customer’s bungalow in Doncaster.

Features include french patio doors and a juliet balcony. The dormer extension also benefits from a modern, reliable flat rubber roof and the sides of the dormer are clad in rosemary tiles.

On the ground floor of the property we carried out the removal of the old patio doors and window. Alteration of brick-work below the window was then undertaken to accommodate installed of two new sets of patio doors.
