Re-felting parapet roof - Top Roof : Top Roof

We began by removing the all old perished felt and stripped back to the wooden boards. Then we applied torch on 2mm underlay followed by 4mm torch on underlay. We then use a burn on torch SBS cap sheet for the final layer.

If needed in the future, we will remove all old wooden boards and replace them with new OSB waterproof tongue and groove boards. Then we will apply a 2mm torch on underlay followed by a 4mm torch on underlay, finally using a burn on torch for the final layer SBS cap sheet.
