Firstly we removed all old perished tiles from the roof and then stripped all old rotten battens off before removing all the old perished felt. We then replaced with roof shield breathable membrane followed by the installation of new Swedish treated lats.

We installed new tiles and ridge tiles chosen by the client… with either a dry ridge system or a cement system depending on the style of the property. Finally, all waste was removed by the Top Roof team once completed.

Just wanted to say thank you to Tom and his lads for the roofing work they recently carried out. They replaced the whole roof for me, made it as hassle-free as possible. They have done a first class job for a great price and I will definitely recommend Top Roof to anyone needing roofing work.
