Terraced house roof re-tiling - Top Roof : Top Roof

To re-tile this mid-terrace house roof we first stripped off the old tiles then inspected every batten and felt to check that it was in good condition. We then re-tiled the whole roof with tiles of our customers choice.

Installation of fibreglass drip trays was carried out before joining this new roof to the neighbouring roofs with a fibreglass gutter. Finally we replaced the ridge tiles (with either a dry ridge system or a cement system depending on style of property and customers choice). Top Roof always remove waste on completion.

Tom came out and quoted for a re-roofing project, we went ahead as the price was very competitive. All the guys were so professional, polite and they explained every detail of their work along with photos to show progress all the way through. All the waste was removed once they had finished so the property was left clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier… great job well done guys!
